Job Description


  • Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch
  • Assign drivers and vehicles efficiently based on location, availability, and service level
  • Monitor trips in real time to ensure on-time pickups, drop-offs, and route compliance
  • Communicate professionally with members, drivers, healthcare facilities, and brokers
  • Handle trip changes, cancellations, no-shows, delays, and escalations promptly
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety policies, and client-specific requirements
  • Provide accurate trip documentation and update dispatch systems (GPS, MDT, apps)
  • Resolve driver and member issues calmly and professionally
  • Verify driver check-ins, arrivals, departures, and trip completion
  • Coordinate return trips and will-call requests
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone, radio, or dispatch software
  • Report incidents, accidents, or service issues to management and clients
  • Support quality assurance by documenting complaints and corrective actions
  • Work closely with operations and compliance teams to meet service standards
  • Manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure coverage during peak hours, emergencies, or unexpected shortages
