To continue our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated, target-oriented Event Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, has a deep understanding of the event industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and closing event deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Bray Events’ presence in Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, and other regions.
  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, online channels, and local market outreach.
  • Prepare and present customized event proposals tailored to client needs and budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to ensure profitable and smooth event execution.
  • Collaborate with the planning and creative teams to ensure a seamless client experience from booking to event day.
  • Maintain accurate client data, reports, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent Bray Events at exhibitions, bridal shows, and promotional events.
  • RequirementsMinimum 3 years of proven experience in event sales, wedding planning sales, or hospitality sales.
  • Applications without 3 years of experience will not be considered.
  • Strong background in B2C and/or B2B event sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for events, creativity, and client satisfaction.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel within Punjab and nearby regions as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media communication.
