Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:1. Executive AssistanceManage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel plans.
- Handle emails, calls, and official communication.
- Prepare meeting minutes and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Prepare and manage confidential documents.
- 2. Export Sales SupportHandle communication with export clients.
- Prepare inquiries, quotations, and proforma invoices (PI).
- Basic understanding of export documentation (Packing List, Invoice, BL, COO, etc.).
- Track export orders from production to dispatch.
- Conduct export market research and competitor analysis.
- 3. CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams like Production, Accounts, and Logistics.
- Manage client communication and resolve queries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for the MD.
- 4. Administration & ReportingPrepare presentations, reports, and data for the MD.
- Maintain important deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Provide office coordination and administrative support.
- Skills Required:Strong communication skills (English mandatory).
- Knowledge of export sales (documents, inquiries, dispatch process).
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Professional behaviour and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Qualification:Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience in Export Sales or EA roles is an added advantage.
