Field Collection Executive

A Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting clients to recover overdue payments, negotiating payment terms, and maintaining accurate, secure records of all transactions. They ensure regulatory compliance, handle customer complaints professionally, and often utilize a two-wheeler for daily field visits to meet collection targets. Visit clients in person to collect outstanding debts, loans, or EMIs, especially for high-risk or non-responsive accounts. A valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle are usually mandatory.
