Key Responsibilities
- Investigate assigned insurance claims to verify their genuineness.
- Collect insured statements and relevant records from concerned hospitals.
- Conduct proper vicinity checks and gather evidence related to potential fraud.
- Meet all stakeholders involved in the claim to collect, verify, and validate documents.
- Carry out additional field-related tasks as assigned by the Team Manager.
