Job Description
- ey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers for loan products.
- Promote and sell products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, or vehicle loans.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Assist customers with loan application forms and documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, applications, and conversions in CRM
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial sales
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply
- Salary & IncentivesFixed salary + performance-based incentives/commission
