Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage dealer relationships, visit construction sites, and promote Crosslock – the self-locking cover block to contractors, engineers, and architects. Training will be provided for product knowledge.

The role involves visiting construction sites, engineers, contractors, and dealers to generate product demand and support dealer sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:-

• Visit and develop building material dealers in your territory
• Generate demand by meeting contractors, engineers, and architects
• Conduct site visits to explain product usage and benefits
• Follow up on leads received from dealers and marketing
• Ensure proper product display, awareness, and conversion
• Maintain daily reports and achieve monthly sales targets

• Strong communication & field follow-up
• Comfortable with site visits and meeting architects/engineers
• Ability to explain technical products in a simple way
• Territory knowledge of Jalandhar & nearby areas
