Graphic Designer

We are a growing sportswear brand, based in Jalandhar, looking for a creative, execution-focused Designer with strong apparel/sportswear design skills and hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up design workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion graphics + branding and knows how to use AI for ideation, variations, mockups, and faster output—not just theory.

You will work on-site, closely with the founder/manager and marketing team, supporting editing, branding, social media, ads, and apparel creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit sportswear & apparel graphics (T-shirts, jerseys, tracksuits, etc.)
• Design sportswear & apparel graphics (T-shirts, jerseys, tracksuits, etc.)
• Create branding & marketing creatives for digital and print
• Design social media posts, ads, banners, and promotional creatives
• Use AI tools to:
• Generate design ideas & variations
• Speed up mockups and concept creation
• Improve productivity and turnaround time

• Edit, refine, and finalize designs using professional design software
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign creatives
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and current trends
• Manage multiple design tasks independently and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Tools

Design Skills

• Strong understanding of apparel & sportswear design
• Good sense of color, typography, layout, and trends
• Ability to convert ideas into print-ready and digital designs

Software & Tools (Must-Have)

• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma

AI Tools (Hands On Usage Required)

• Midjourney / DALL·E / Adobe Firefly (image generation)
• ChatGPT / Claude (ideation, prompts, concept development)
• Runway / Pika or similar AI video tools (basic knowledge is a plus)

Experience Requirement

• 1–3 years of relevant design experience
• Experience in apparel, sportswear, fashion, or branding preferred
