Job Description

Hotel Imperia Suites is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead overall hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of hospitality operations, and a proven track record of driving profitability, service excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security

Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve revenue, occupancy, and cost control

Manage budgets, financial planning, P&L, and operational reporting

Recruit, train, mentor, and lead department heads and staff

Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and hygiene regulations

Handle guest relations, feedback, and escalation of critical issues

Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to increase bookings and brand visibility

Maintain property standards, facilities upkeep, and vendor management

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with 3–5 years in a senior management or General Manager role

Proven experience in managing hotel operations end-to-end

Strong understanding of revenue management, cost control, and hospitality KPIs

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Guest-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence

Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
