We are looking for an HR Executive for our hospital who will handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee management. The role includes managing clinical and non-clinical staff requirements and ensuring smooth HR functioning as per hospital standards.

• 1. Recruitment & StaffingDoctors, nurses, technicians, housekeeping, and admin staff ki hiring
• Job posting, resume screening, telephonic interview scheduling
• Walk-in interviews ka arrangement
• Manpower planning & urgent staff requirements handle karna

• 2. Onboarding & DocumentationJoining formalities, ID cards, employment contracts
• Employee database maintain karna (manual & HRMS)
• Medical fitness documents collect karna
• Background verification coordination

• 3. HR OperationsAttendance & leave management
• Shift planning & duty roster coordination
• Payroll inputs prepare karna (OT, leave, attendance correction)
• Exit formalities, Full & Final processing

• 4. Training & DevelopmentNew employee induction
• Nursing & paramedical staff ke training programs coordinate karna
• Soft skills & patient-handling training arrange karna

• 5. Compliance & StandardsNABH documentation & HR audits me assistance
• HR policies implement karna
• Labor law compliance ensure karna

• 6. Employee RelationsStaff grievances handle karna
• Inter-department coordination
• Positive and safe work environment ensure karna
