HR Executive

Are you great at finding the right people for the right jobs? We are a growing sportswear brand expanding our retail and office teams, and we need an active HR Executive to lead our hiring!

Your Main Job (80% of your time): You will be actively hunting and recruiting staff—from showroom salesmen and helpers to marketing staff and tech developers.

What You Will Do:

• Hire fast and hire well (blue-collar, grey-collar, and office staff).
• Handle daily HR software tasks (Biometric attendance, payroll, employee data).
• Eventually help enforce floor discipline and company rules.

What We Need From You:

• Experience: At least 1 year in HR (Must have worked in Retail or Manufacturing).
• Skills: Must know how to handle and talk to local labor / floor staff properly.
• Language: Fluent Punjabi and Hindi. Basic English is required.
• Tech: Must know how to use basic HR attendance/payroll systems.

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 / month (In-hand)
