Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure the smooth management of our workforce. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and compensation processes.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance.
• Handle employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Organize training and development programs for employees.
• Prepare HR reports and provide updates to management.
