An HR Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all organizational HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and aligning HR strategy with business goals, acting as a key link between management and employees to foster positive culture and engagement.
