HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Company: OM Visa Immigration Office

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab Position: HR Recruiter (Female Candidates Only)

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our immigration office team. The ideal candidate will be a female graduate with strong communication skills, eager to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Support HR team in onboarding new employees.
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks.
• RequirementsProfessional graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any stream).
• Freshers are welcome; prior HR internship experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
