Job Description
- Conceptualization & AI Integration: * Utilize AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E 3, or Stable Diffusion) to rapidly prototype mood boards and aesthetic concepts.
- Stay updated on AI plugins for floor plan optimization and material selection.
- Technical Drafting: * Develop detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- Create precise RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plans) and electrical/plumbing layouts.
- 3D Visualization: * Build complex 3D models and high-fidelity renderings in 3ds Max (with V-Ray or Corona).
- Ensure lighting, textures, and shadows meet photorealistic standards for client presentations.
- Project Management: * Source furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with the digital vision.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure the "as-built" matches the "as-rendered."
