Job Description
- 1. Store Operations ManagementOversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure the store opens and closes on time.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and proper display of garments.
- 2. Staff ManagementSupervise sales staff, tailors, and support staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Train staff on customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor staff performance and productivity.
- 3. Sales & Target AchievementSet daily and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor sales performance and motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Plan sales strategies and promotional activities to increase sales.
- 4. Customer Service ManagementEnsure excellent customer service in the store.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- 5. Inventory & Stock ControlMonitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase team.
- Ensure proper stock display and replenishment on the floor.
- Check stock reports and prevent stock loss or damage.
- 6. Visual MerchandisingEnsure attractive display of clothes in the showroom.
- Maintain proper section-wise arrangement (men, women, kids).
- Implement seasonal displays and promotional setups.
- 7. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily sales reports and submit to management.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, sales, and inventory.
- Coordinate with HR and accounts for staff and operational matters.
- 8. Security & Loss PreventionEnsure store security and prevent theft or damage.
- Supervise security guards and CCTV monitoring.
- 9. Coordination with ManagementImplement company policies and management instructions.
- Suggest ideas for improving store performance and custo
