Operations Manager

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Night Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities during nighttime hours. This role ensures smooth, safe, and efficient operations, provides leadership to night staff, and serves as the primary point of contact for any issues that arise overnight. The ideal candidate is highly organized, quick to respond to challenges, and comfortable making decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift operations and staff
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies
• Monitor workflows, productivity, and service levels throughout the night
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, or operational disruptions promptly
• Communicate night-shift updates, issues, and performance metrics to daytime management
• Oversee shift schedules, attendance, and task assignments
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and operational readiness during night hours
• Support cross-department communication and handoffs between night and day teams
