Presales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information
• Qualify leads and pass high-intent prospects to the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure engagement and conversion
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead flow and campaign feedback
• Maintain proper daily reporting and lead tracking
• Requirements:0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in handling customer queries and objections
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead qualification
• Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups
• Preferred Skills:Experience in startup or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools
