**Job Profile: Purchase Executive**


**Role Overview:**

The Purchase Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies necessary for our manufacturing operations. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage procurement processes efficiently while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Vendor Management:** Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to secure the best prices and ensure quality materials.

- **Procurement Process:** Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including the preparation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- **Inventory Monitoring:** Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock and coordinating with the production team to forecast material requirements.

- **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all procured materials meet the quality standards and specifications required for production.

- **Timely Delivery:** Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, minimizing production downtime and delays.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data for audit and reporting purposes.

- **Cost Control:** Support budget adherence by identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to reduce procurement costs.

- **Compliance:** Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and company regulations and standards.


**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- **Skills:**

 - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.

 - Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and internal teams.

 - Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 - Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 - Analytical skills to assess vendor performance and market trends.
