Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Train: Manage QA/QC teams, provide training on standards (GMP, cGMP, etc.), and conduct performance reviews. 
• Monitor & Inspect: Oversee inspections of materials, processes, and finished goods; ensure adherence to specs and regulations. 
• Develop & Implement: Create and enforce quality policies, procedures, and testing protocols. 
• Analyze & Improve: Use data to identify quality trends, investigate root causes of defects, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). 
• Audit & Document: Plan and conduct internal/external audits, maintain quality records, and manage documentation. 
• Collaborate: Work with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve issues and meet quality goals. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Background in QA/QC, supervisory experience, and knowledge of quality  
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills. 
• Education: Often a degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
