Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team at a reputed Immigration Office in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about immigration services, and assisting clients with their queries

.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration services
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain client records and follow up regularly
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the documentation team
• Meet daily and monthly call targets
• Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Prior experience in telecalling or immigration consultancy is a plus
• Friendly, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
