1. Customer Handling

• Greet customers politely and understand their requirements
• Show products confidently and explain features, pricing, and offers
• Assist customers in selecting suitable items
• Build good relationships to encourage repeat visits

2. Sales & Target Achievement

• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
• Inform customers about ongoing schemes and promotions

3. Product Knowledge

• Maintain proper knowledge of designs, materials, pricing, and stock availability
• Stay updated on new arrivals and trending products

4. Store Maintenance

• Ensure counters, displays, and products are clean and well arranged
• Handle products carefully and follow store security rules
• Assist in stock checking and tagging when required

5. Billing & Coordination

• Guide customers to billing and payment processes
• Coordinate with cashier, stock team, and manager smoothly
• Follow company policies for documentation and customer records

6. Behaviour & Discipline

• Maintain grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct
• Handle customer complaints calmly and politely
• Follow instructions from store manager or supervisor
• Skills RequiredGood communication and customer handling skills
• Presentable personality and polite behaviour
• Basic sales understanding
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
• Honesty and responsibility (very important in jewellery retail)
