Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service

• Product demonstration for sportswear (separate Men/Women sections)

• Assist customers with sizes, fit, fabric understanding, and recommendations

• Stock management, display, and visual merchandising

• Refill shelves, maintain store cleanliness and upkeep

• Work towards daily & monthly sales targets

• Collect and report showroom data, support basic computer/excel reporting

Skills Required

• Good communication (Hindi & Punjabi necessary)

• Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel preferred)

• Understanding of sportswear products, fashion trends & customer preferences

• Energetic, trustworthy, and disciplined

• Strong sales attitude & ability to close customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass

• Male candidates only

• Must be a local resident of the area
