we are Looking for a sincere and dedicated person to join our stationery business as a Retail Store Salesman. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for candidates who want to grow with us.

Job Title: Retail Store Salesman

Location: Mai Hiran Gate, Jalandhar

Work Timing

• 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

• 1 Hour Lunch Break

• Sundays: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Optional, Paid Extra)

• Last Sunday of Every Month: Weekly Off

Salary Structure

Trial Period (First Month)

• Fixed Stipend: ₹9,000

• Performance-based assessment (customer dealing, attendance, teamwork, learning, trade knowledge)

• No advance/early salary during trial; salary payable only after 30 working days

From 2nd Month Onwards (Based on Performance)

• Base Salary: ₹10,000

• Billing / Cashier Responsibility: +₹1,500

• Outside Deliveries & Purchase Work: +₹2,000

• Optional 3 Paid Sundays (₹400 per Sunday): +₹1,200

Experienced candidates (prior sales/retail background): Total potential salary up to ₹14,700/month

Freshers (no prior sales experience): Salary package generally ₹12,000 – ₹13,000/month from 2nd month

Eligibility / Requirements

• Male/Female candidates welcome (male preferred)

• Minimum Education – 12th Pass

• Basic computer handling skills (billing training provided)

• Previous sales/retail experience preferred

• Comfortable driving shop’s two-wheeler for occasional deliveries, payment collection & stock purchasing work

Job Responsibilities

• Attending & assisting customers at the shop

• Generating bills on computer

• Maintaining shop sales etiquette & customer relations

• Supporting occasional outside work (deliveries, payments, stock runs)

Commitment & Notice Policy

• After trial month, candidates should be comfortable giving a minimum 1-year commitment to avail full salary package

• 1-month notice period required if leaving the job

• In case of sudden exit without notice, 10–15 days’ salary will be deducted

• Salary disbursed on 10th of every month, with 10 days’ salary kept on hold as security against sudden exit
