Sales and Marketing Executive

ey Responsibilities:Sales:

• Attend walk-in customers and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service

Marketing:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Coordinate promotions, offers, and festive campaigns
• Generate leads through local marketing activities
• Work on branding and store visibility

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with CRM and operations team
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and customer data
• Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Skills Required:Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing
• Sales-oriented mindset
