Sales Executive Architect Liaison

Key Responsibilities: Time 10am to 8pm

1. Business Development & Sales

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Generate leads through architect network and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for modular kitchens & wardrobes.
• Conduct regular site visits to support architects and clients in product selection.

2. Architect / Designer Liaison

• Present company products, designs, catalogs, and solutions to architects & designers.
• Assist architects in integrating modular solutions into their designs.
• Share technical specifications, drawings, and samples as required.
• Ensure timely communication of discounts, offers, and policies to architects.

3. Client & Project Handling

• Follow up with architects’ referrals and convert them into direct clients.
• Coordinate with design & execution teams for smooth project handling.
• Attend client meetings with architects to finalize designs and proposals.
• Ensure accurate BOQ, costing, and quotation submissions.

4. Market & Product Awareness

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
• Gather market feedback from architects to improve offerings.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain architect database and update regularly.
• Submit daily sales reports to management.
• Coordinate internally with design, operations, and accounts team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of modular kitchen & wardrobe products, fittings, and finishes.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital presentation tools.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of new architects onboarded per month.
• Lead generation and conversion ratio from architect network.
• Achievement of sales revenue targets.
• Frequency of architect meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Client satisfaction and repeat business from architect referrals.
