Role Objective

Is responsible for driving business growth while ensuring flawless execution of Outdoor advertising campaigns across Punjab, Himachal & Uttrakhand . The role combines revenue generation, client relationship management, and sales team leadership with end-to-end operational control, compliance, and delivery, ensuring profitability, quality, and regulatory adherence across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
• Drive sales of outdoor, radio, and allied media solutions across government and private clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and long-term contracts.
• Achieve assigned revenue, collection, and margin targets.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, PSUs, banks, and key agencies.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial closures.
• Handle escalations related to pricing, delivery commitments, and service quality.
• Sales Planning & Team Leadership
• Lead, guide, and monitor Sales & Marketing teams.
• Set targets, review performance, and enforce sales discipline and reporting.
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure realistic commitments and timelines.
• Billing & Collections
• Ensure timely release of work orders, billing, and payment realization.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with clients and internal teams for closures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

• 5 years of experience with exposure in sales, preferably in outdoor media, advertising, industry

Proven experience in handling large clients, and multi-site

• Own Laptop – Mandatory

• Own Two-Wheeler/ Four Wheeler with Valid Driving License – Mandatory

• Willingness to travel locally and out
