Sales Manager

ObjectiveTo drive revenue growth by leading the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving organizational targets.

• Job Role & ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
• Set individual and team sales targets and review performance regularly
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis
• Handle escalations, negotiations, and high-value closures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
• Eligibility Criteria3–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Working hours: 10:30-8pm
