Position: Backend Sales & Team Coordination Executive

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Creative Designers is a reputed outdoor media and advertising agency with a strong footprint across North India, working extensively with government bodies, PSUs, banks, and leading private organisations. We are looking for a responsible and organised professional to support our Jalandhar operations.

Job Profile:

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining business data, providing backend support to the sales function, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update sales data, client databases, site inventories, and MIS reports
• Provide backend support to the sales team including preparation of proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with field teams, operations staff, and management for campaign execution
• Track sales leads, confirmations, releases, billing status, and payments
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely availability of all business records
• Monitor team activities, timelines, and reporting requirements
• Assist management with periodic reports, analysis, and performance tracking

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in backend sales support, coordination, MIS, or operations
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and reporting formats
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Punjabi preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in advertising / outdoor media will be an added advantage
