Sales & Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, including setting sales targets and creating strategies to achieve them. 
• Market analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends. 
• Campaign management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts. 
• Team management: Manage, motivate, and lead the sales and marketing teams to ensure they are working together effectively. 
• Data and reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market data, and campaign results, and report on key metrics and trends. 
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business objectives. 
• Customer relations: Manage customer relationships and identify potential new customers.
