Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Allocate daily targets and monitor individual performance
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value sales
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation at all times
• Conduct daily briefings and product knowledge sessions
• Track sales reports, footfall, conversion, and average ticket size
• Coordinate with inventory, billing, and accounts teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards
• Support onboarding and training of new sales staff
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and grooming standards of the team
