**Role Summary:**

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment within our factory premises. You will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, patrolling the factory area, and safeguarding company property and personnel. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will help prevent unauthorized access and ensure a secure workplace.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Access Control:** Monitor and control the entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles. Verify identification and maintain accurate records in the entry/exit register.

- **Surveillance:** Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises to detect and deter any suspicious or unauthorized activities.

- **Incident Reporting:** Promptly report any unusual activities, safety hazards, or security breaches to the management. Document incidents accurately and clearly.

- **Property Protection:** Safeguard company property, machinery, and materials by ensuring that security protocols are followed at all times.

- **Emergency Response:** Act swiftly and calmly in emergency situations, following established procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel.

- **Communication:** Maintain clear and professional communication with factory staff, visitors, and management. Provide assistance and guidance as needed.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures. Participate in safety drills and training sessions.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is preferred.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.

- **Skills:** 

 - Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

 - Basic knowledge of security and safety procedures.

- **Physical Fitness:** Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

- **Certification:** Security Guard certification or license, if required by local regulations.
