Senior Sales Executive

Job Title:Sales Manager – Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe

Job Summary:The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of modular kitchens and wardrobes, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through site visits, architects, references, and marketing activities
• Handle walk-in customers and explain product designs, materials, and pricing
• Conduct client meetings and understand requirements for kitchen & wardrobe solutions
• Coordinate with designers for layout planning and quotations
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and dealers
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
• Coordinate with production and installation teams for smooth execution
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints if any
• Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
• Skills & Requirements:Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of modular kitchen & wardrobe products
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
• Qualification:Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in modular kitchen, furniture, or interior sales
