Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
- Product demonstration for sportswear (separate Men/Women sections)
- Assist customers with sizes, fit, fabric understanding, and recommendations
- Stock management, display, and visual merchandising
- Refill shelves, maintain store cleanliness and upkeep
- Work towards daily & monthly sales targets
- Collect and report showroom data, support basic computer/excel reporting
Skills Required
- Strong sales attitude & ability to close customers
- Good communication (Hindi & Punjabi necessary)
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel preferred)
- Understanding of sportswear products, fashion trends & customer preferences
- Energetic, trustworthy, and disciplined
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass
- Past 1 Year Experience in Sales
- Male candidates only
