Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Immigration Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining immigration programs and services, and converting leads into confirmed appointments or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound and inbound calls.
• Explain immigration programs, visa categories, and consultancy services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for consultation with immigration consultants.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information about documentation and processes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Provide regular feedback to the sales manager regarding market trends and client concerns.
