Telecalling Executive

Sai Overseas Educational Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele sales Executive to join our growing immigration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their immigration needs, and guiding them through our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into successful consultations or service enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Outreach & Conversion:
• Contact prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to introduce immigration services and convert inquiries into qualified leads or appointments.
• Client Needs Assessment:
• Understand client requirements, eligibility, and goals to suggest suitable immigration programs or services.
• Follow-up & Lead Nurturing:
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, ensuring timely responses and building strong relationships to optimize conversion rates.
• Consultation Coordination:
• Schedule appointments or consultations with immigration advisors, ensuring all necessary client information is collected beforehand.
• Database Management:
• Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring all client interactions, follow-ups, and statuses are properly logged.
• Target Achievement:
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Customer Support:
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding immigration programs, documentation, pricing, and processes (training will be provided).
• Market Awareness:
• Stay informed about major immigration pathways (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) and current trends to confidently explain benefits to clients.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the marketing and immigration teams to ensure aligned messaging, lead quality, and client satisfaction.
