Telecalling Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Team Leader to manage and oversee our telesales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, setting sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in all client interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Motivate Telesales Team: Supervise, manage, and inspire a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop and implement telesales strategies that drive results while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and feedback to telesales agents to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor Metrics & KPIs: Track and analyze team performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, sales revenue, and customer feedback.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all calls meet company standards for compliance, professionalism, and customer service.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving sales processes, scripts, and tools to enhance team productivity.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to upper management.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure alignment between telesales efforts and overall business goals.
