Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries related to flight bookings

Making domestic and international flight reservations

Providing the best available fares and travel options

Managing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of flight ticketing (Amadeus/GDS preferred)

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Ability to handle customers professionally
