Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Office Counsellor to join our Visa and Immigration Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective clients, assessing eligibility for various visa programs, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel walk-in and telephonic clients regarding visa and immigration options
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways (visitor, student, work, PR, etc.)
• Explain visa requirements, procedures, timelines, and associated costs clearly and accurately
• Collect, verify, and organize client documentation as per immigration guidelines
• Maintain accurate client records and case updates in the CRM system
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation, payments, and application status
• Coordinate with case processing teams to ensure timely submission of applications
• Handle client queries, concerns, and post-submission follow-ups professionally
• Achieve individual counselling and conversion targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling or immigration services (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities
• Basic knowledge of international visa processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Preferred Attributes:Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or travel agency
