Visa Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and knowledgeable Visa Counsellor to guide students and clients through the visa application and admission process for study abroad and migration programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of international education systems and visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and clients about study options, visa requirements, and career pathways in countries such as Australia, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
• Handle complete visa documentation, application forms, and file submissions.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and admission requirements of various institutions.
• Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure timely completion of applications.
• Maintain accurate records of client data and application progress in CRM or Excel systems.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and embassies for admissions and visa outcomes.
• Participate in marketing activities, student seminars, and information sessions when required.
• Work collaboratively with telecallers and admission teams to achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Management, or related field).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa counselling or student recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong knowledge of student visa processes for Australia, Canada, UK, and Europe.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and local language.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
