Visa Counsellor

The Visa Counselor will guide clients through the visa application process, providing accurate information, personalized advice, and support to ensure successful submission and approval. The role requires strong knowledge of immigration laws, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on various types of visas (student, work, tourist, business, etc.) and eligibility criteria.

Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options.

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications and supporting documents.

Stay updated on immigration rules, policies, and procedures of different countries.

Liaise with immigration authorities and embassies as needed.

Provide guidance on documentation requirements, timelines, and interview preparation.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status.

Handle client queries and provide ongoing support throughout the visa process.

Conduct seminars, workshops, or webinars on visa procedures and requirements.
