Job Role & Responsibilities

• Counsel clients for Student Visa, Tourist Visa, Family Visa, Spouse Visa and other immigration categories.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, rules, and regulations across major countries.
• Guide clients throughout the application, documentation, and visa filing process.
• Maintain professional communication with clients in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Convert leads provided by the company into successful enrollments and generate business.
• Provide accurate information and build trust with clients through effective counseling.
• Ensure timely follow-up with potential candidates and maintain proper records of client interactions.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Visa/Immigration Counsellor.
• Strong knowledge of immigration policies, student visa processes, and travel visa documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
• Result-oriented individual with the ability to convert leads into enrollments.
• Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail and accuracy.
