- Guide students about country selection, course selection, and visa requirements
- Coordinate with universities / embassy / immigration consultants
- Maintain proper records of clients and visa files
- Follow up with clients for pending documents
- Provide updates regarding visa rules and embassy guidelines
- Handle walk-in enquiries and convert them into admissions / visa cases
