VISA FILING OFFICER

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Fresher for the role of Visa Filing Officer & Travel Consultant. The selected candidate will be trained to handle visa applications, tour packages, ticketing, and client counseling.

Key Responsibilities

Visa Processing (Training Provided)

• Assist in visa file preparation for major countries
• Documentation checking and data entry
• Online/offline submission as per embassy guidelines
• Track application status and update clients

Travel & Ticketing

• Assist in domestic & international tour packages
• Flight ticket booking on portals (training provided)
• Hotel booking and itinerary preparation
• Provide travel options to clients

Client Interaction

• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries
• Guide clients regarding visa procedures and travel plans
• Provide accurate information after training
• Maintain professional communication

Requirements

• Fresher / 0–1 year experience welcome
• Graduate in any field
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
• Willingness to learn visa processes and travel services
• Confident personality and customer-friendly attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
