We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

• Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for users onsite or remotely.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and email profiles.
• Ensure data backups, antivirus updates, and system security compliance.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and document incidents/resolutions using ticketing systems.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding of employees with necessary IT equipment.
• Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide basic network and connectivity support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
