Circle Quality Lead

•    Review and provide recommendations to improve 5G network performance by evaluating and trending key KPIs, performing trials and providing optimization guidelines.
•    In-depth knowledge of cellular radio standards (LTE, NR) regulatory requirements, and carrier requirements.
•    In-depth knowledge of RF architecture and requirements for multi-antenna systems, MMWave beamforming, and radiated requirements for multi-antenna systems.
•    Knowledge of RF coexistence of diverse systems (e.g. active and passive systems) and spectrum policy
•    Well-verseded with 3GPP and ORAN Standards for RAN.
•        Should have good communication and analytical skills.
•        Well verse with Multi-Vendor Products and Solutions.
