• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents
• Handle inbound calls and respond to course-related inquiries
• Explain courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures clearly
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns
• Maintain call records and update lead details in the system
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team
•
