Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with sales representatives.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and grow sales revenue.
- Experience in managing a regional or multi-location team.
