Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Senior Assistant Manager (SAM) plays a key role in ensuring efficient store operations, leading teams, maintaining food quality, and delivering excellent customer service. The SAM supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving business targets and executing Domino’s operational standards. Key Responsibilities • Oversee store operations during assigned shifts. • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and compliance with Domino’s SOPs. • Lead and train team members to maintain high performance standards. • Oversee customer service, handle queries, and ensure timely deliveries. • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage. • Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and sales reconciliation. • Support audits, compliance checks, and operational reporting.
