Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Field Sales Engineer to manage and develop industrial customers in the Jamnagar region. The role involves identifying application opportunities, providing technical solutions, and driving sales growth for industrial products and services.

• Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify new customers in industries such as Oil & Gas, Refineries, Foundries, Manufacturing, Engineering and OEMs.
• Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals and close orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
• Develop long-term relationships with plant maintenance, purchase, and engineering teams.
• 2. Application SupportVisit customer plants to understand technical problems and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
• Coordinate with internal application engineers for complex solutions.
• 3. Territory ManagementManage and develop the Jamnagar industrial market.
• Regular plant visits and opportunity tracking.
• Maintain a pipeline of projects and potential customers.
• 4. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle technical queries and application troubleshooting.
• 5. ReportingSubmit daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
• Track enquiries, quotations, and order status.
• Provide market feedback and competitor information.
